About Us
Hunters & Treasures lives on East State Street in the heart of Black Mountain — a town that has always valued craftsmanship, community, and the kind of places you can wander through without rushing. We've been part of that fabric for over a decade, sourcing and curating antiques, vintage furnishings, and collectibles that would look right at home in a historic home or a modern loft.
Every item in our shop was chosen with an eye toward quality and character. We buy from estate sales, auctions, and private collectors across the region, and we price fairly because we want these pieces to go to people who'll actually use and enjoy them — not just store them away.
What We Do
Our inventory shifts constantly, but these are the categories you'll always find us working in.
Dressers, desks, chairs, and case goods from the 1800s through mid-century. Each piece is solid — not the particleboard replacements flooding big-box stores.
Mirrors, lamps, textiles, ceramics, and wall art. The kind of objects that make a room feel collected rather than catalogued.
Pottery, glassware, coins, stamps, toys, and regional memorabilia. Whether you're starting a collection or adding to one, we've got pieces worth considering.
We buy single items and whole estates. If you have pieces you'd like to pass along — or a house full of history to sort through — give us a call first.
